This is for shops that need more help with some one-on-one coaching. Two hours per month can help you sort out your challenges, as we’re talking basically every other week. Typically, the calls are with the company’s owners, but you can also schedule other employees to participate. We will identify projects for change, and I’ll mentor your shop with the implementation and accountability to keep you on track. Each call is recorded, and you’ll get a recording and transcript of each call. Plus, you can email Marshall any time with any questions or challenges for help.
