Manager’s Group

Do you have a manager for a department that needs some leadership training and organizational development?  Maybe they were superstars in sales or running equipment, but now they are leading the crew and making some cringe-worthy mistakes.  Get them the help they need with a group coaching session.  This is a one-hour session per month with up to four other attendees in the group.  Your manager will learn and hear how other shop managers are dealing with similar issues and get some well-rounded mentorship from Marshall Atkinson.  Each call is recorded, and you’ll get a recording and transcript of each call.  Plus, you can email Marshall any time with any questions or challenges for help.
