We’ll get started with weekly calls and identify the best ideas to clarify effective changes for your shop. Then, we’ll be steadily working on those ideas for improvement throughout the year. Once a year, at no extra cost, I’ll come to your shop for an intense two-day on-site visit once a year. We’ll take the pulse of your shop and recommend continuous improvement projects and training to implement afterward. This is reserved for shop owners that need to make sweeping changes to their business or want to drive an incredible amount of efficiency improvement. We will identify projects for change, and I’ll mentor your shop with the implementation and accountability to keep you on track.
